Watercolor Experiments

Here are a few watercolor experiments I've been doing this week. Some of them are salted, but the organic looking ones with the large blobs are done by dropping rubbing alchohol onto the wet paint. So far that's my favorite technique!

Playing with Paint

These are two pieces of watercolor paper I painted tonight. Thanks to Pam for tips on the salt technique used on the "Space" one. Kosher salt is better! : ) The second one is "Swirlies" done with watercolors, white acrylic paint and eraser dipped in gold Krylon pen.
