Rust Crazy

I finally decided to try out the Sophisticated Finishes rust solution this weekend and now I'm going rust crazy! It works great on all kinds of surfaces. So far I've tried it on wood, aluminum, and plastic and it's awesome! Oh, and I found that you could speed things up with a heat tool which is great for impatient people like myself. : )

Here are a couple of pics of my experiments so far. The round item was a shiny altoids tin.

For my Dad

My Dad had a horrible accident this week, but he was amazingly lucky and he's going to be okay. So, I thought I'd post some artwork I did a couple years ago in honor of my Dad, the Survivor. The photo was just dressed up in Photoshop with old pages for a background, and then I used it as the focal for a page in Cathy's postal deco. Isn't he a handsome devil?? : )
