Got my hearts done for the swap I'm hosting - finally! Okay, I think I'm done with fabric for awhile. I am awfully challenged when it comes to sewing machines and needles! The backs of the hearts are made from that same bright paterned material that is sewn onto the flannel fronts.

My second bird doodle. This one uses only greens, blues, and purples for the background colors (Prismacolor pencils). I created this altered board book quite awhile ago, and finally got around to doing a spread in it this weekend. The embellishment going down the lefthand side is made from polyclay and rubber stamped. The cover itself was just painted and then stamped. The interior pages are all covered with mulberry papers.
